On-Line Refund policy:
If for some reason you are not happy with your
purchase, we will promptly and courteously
refund the purchase price less any applicable
shipping charges. We ask that you contact us
within 14 days of delivery at 1-800-257-3930
for a return authorization. You should then
return the item, in its original box with all
original packaging, within two weeks at your
expense. We will immediately refund your
purchase price.
Shipping Policies and
Insurance:
Every purchase is fully insured for shipping
damages. Any claims should be reported to us
within one week of delivery so that we can
begin the claims procedure. All items will be shipped within one
business day of your order. If an item will be
delayed for any length of time, we will
contact you with an estimated time of arrival.
Sales Tax:
7.25% Sales tax will only be added to California
purchases.
Layaways:
Layaway policy: 25% down plus 3 equal monthly
payments. There is no charge for this service.
Large purchase layaways can be extended by
request.
Personal Information:
We do not allow any third parties to access
your personal information unless requested by
you. However, we do send periodic e-mails to
notify you of upcoming events or special
promotions. Your name will be removed from
this list upon request.

date. However, all items are subject to
availability and prices are subject to
change. Customer will be notified by
e-mail prior to shipping if any item status
should change. No charges to your credit card
will be incurred until item status is
